Candidate: Certainly. In my role as CEO at PT BPR Argo Dana Ungaran from July 2022 to March 2023, I was responsible for overseeing the entire company's operations. My focus was on achieving the company's growth targets outlined in the Bank's Business Plan and the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. During my tenure, I managed assets worth 45 billion and played a crucial role in preparing the merger and acquisition process with BPR Tirta Dana Artha Purwokerto. Our targeted profit was 1.5 billion, with a 3.5% Return on Assets (ROA), and a 23% increase in portfolio assets. This included meeting lending and financing targets in line with good corporate governance practices regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Interviewer: After that, you took on the role of Branch Manager at PT BPR Adil Jaya Artha. Could you elaborate on your responsibilities in that position?

Candidate: Absolutely. Since May 2023, I have been serving as the Branch Manager at PT BPR Adil Jaya Artha in Semarang. In this role, I am responsible for the overall operations of the Ambarawa Branch Office, with a primary focus on achieving company targets in terms of growth and profit. My responsibilities include accountability for a 50% increase in assets, reducing Non-Performing Loans (NPL) to less than 10%, and achieving a 3.5% Return on Assets (ROA) based on good corporate governance practices regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Interviewer: Prior to that, you were the Branch Head at PT BPR Jateng. Could you share more about your accomplishments in that role?

Candidate: Certainly. From July 2020 to May 2022, I served as the Branch Head at PT BPR Jateng in Semarang, Central Java. In this role, I was responsible for the entire operational aspects of the Branch Office, focusing on achieving the company's objectives in terms of asset and profit growth. I successfully led the team in accomplishing a 40% increase in assets, reducing Non-Performing Loans (NPL) to less than 10%, and achieving a 3.5% Return on Assets (ROA) based on good corporate governance practices regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

During my tenure at PT Bentara Sinergies Multifinance (Bess Finance), I played a crucial role in implementing SOP, preparing for audits, developing human resources, handling financial reporting, managing support infrastructure (GA & IT), and overseeing the Asset Management Unit in all branch offices within one region.
